| This superb Native American made, relatively heavy silver cuff (BB87) with wonderfully matched, deeper blue turquoise oval and round stones and silver shot is, as you should now guess, from the estate of Denver’s late Billy Branch. Doubly stamped on its inner surface with the notation ‘sterling’ and commented to in Billy’s notes as being a ‘pawn’ piece, the bracelet (believed to be mid-20th century in age) is in excellent condition and most wearable with today’s popular styling. Measuring just shy of 1 ½” in width across its top, the ends of the bracelet at the 1 1/8” wrist opening have an appealing feathered motif, and the top panel is ‘antiqued’ in black even further emphasizing the striking difference between the color of the turquoise and the regularly interspersed silver shot. Measuring 6 7/8” in outer circumference from the wrist opening ends, this truly impressive piece of Navajo jewelry should bring great pleasure to its owner to either wear or display. The bracelet comes with a small display card, a biographical sketch about the collector Bill Branch, and a certificate guaranteeing that the bracelet is Native American in origin. We plan to soon have listed a total of some 150 items from the Billy Branch jewelry collection, so please check back often. NOTE: if you would like to view a large number of our various listings, and at the same time limit your browsing, try our ‘TWELVE different items on a single page format’ by simply spelling out the word TWELVE in the search box. That will quickly bring up all of our listings that have twelve different items on a page, each individually priced! | |||||||||
