| This 6 7/8” wide, gray and white on red bowl (BB73) is attributed to an unidentified potter from the Santa Clara Pueblo of New Mexico. With a somewhat primitive geometric design and its gently scalloped, infolded rim, the bowl is believed to date into the early to middle 20th century. In overall good condition with a few minor rim dings and one small repair on the rim, the bowl makes an impressive decorator and has an early charm that will appeal to many. From the estate of Denver’s late Billy Branch, it comes with a small display card and our certificate guaranteeing authenticity.
