This group of seven old iron spurs (TEH.F81.3-9) was removed from a frame assembled by the late Chester Howard. Little information was available with the group, but a little research with the gent who wrote the book on spurs identifies them as being of Mexican origin with all but one dating into the period 1890-1940 (TEH.F81.9 was assigned a 19th century age). All rusted to a more or less degree, and some with inlays of brass and/or silver, the spurs are in overall fairly good to good relic cond ...click for details
