The price, stone type, and longest millimeter size for each of these fascinating ancient intaglio ring seals in this group of eight [100.57(F, H, I, N, R, S, X, Z)HD] are shown on the individual seal’s own photo. Found in Western Afghanistan during the Russian occupation, each of the seals is in very good condition and can be easily set in a contemporary mount. Circular in form with a scalloped edge, this ¾” wide, incised steatite dot seal pendant (97.287HD) is attributed to the Bactrian Empire of northern Afghanistan dating into the 2nd Millennium BC. In excellent condition, the dot image appears to represent a kneeling figure. The pendant comes with a small display card and a certificate guaranteeing authenticity.
