This 7 ¼” finely marked black-on-orange Pre-Columbian vessel (JDR.2) is attributed to the Lambayeque horizon of the north coast of Peru. Dating c.800-1300AD, the handled jar is 4 ¼” in diameter and has a 3” tall spout, below which clinging to the side of the jar is a crouched monkey.
