GUARANTEE POLICY

When you buy any item from HD Enterprises, do so with the knowledge and confidence that it is backed with our Lifetime Guarantee of Authenticity. That has been an unequivocal provision for every one of our customers through 40 years of business! Upon request, we will provide a 'GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY' with pictured documentation of the item purchased. Note that we do NOT issue a 'certificate' of authenticity (we believe it to be a conflict of interest for a seller to certify his or her merchandise and to be the 'final authority'), but a guarantee that, should an item prove to be other than what we described by a qualified authenticator, we will refund not only the purchase price, but all return shipping expenses, AND the documented authenticator's charges as well! We know of no other dealer that offers such a guarantee.

PAYMENT METHODS

We will accept a personal check, money order, certified check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)...and of course, ca$h (however, it's best not to send currency through the mail as we will not be responsible for any loss). For international payments, BidPay works wonderfully, as will an international postal money order in US funds. Any checks for foreign orders must be drawn on a US Bank in US funds. And finally, wire transfer of payment to our bank brings immediate shipment. Don't hesitate to ask should there be any question.

DEALER DISCOUNTS

We've sold both retail and wholesale for many years and are pleased to offer qualified dealers substantial discounts on most of our items with a MINIMUM NET ORDER of $300 (not including packaging and shipping expense). To qualify for dealer discounting, we ask that you mail us a copy of your current Resale Tax License. If your business is in a State that does not issue a license, then the Federal I.D. number on your business letterhead will suffice. If you are an International dealer, verification by sending us appropriate information on a company letterhead will work. Note that we will only ship to your listed business address.
